A little of everything, and usually the first voice you'll hear. Dom holds down the front desk, answers the first emails, and pitches in on sales and scheduling wherever he's needed. Ask him what he does and the honest answer is "whatever today needs." He grew up in this business and runs it now alongside his dad and brothers.
